...transmuting through gorgeously heartwarming mirages into blissful all-embracing sonic euphoria. It happens again and again with each spin, I am drifting through the emotionally magnified sonic Eden into the resonant silence with goosebumps on my arms...
Recorded in the remembrance of lost loved ones, "The Passing" dives into the most intense, yet nectarously sumptuous, harmoniously gratifying and luminously eulogistic zones of heart-rending contemplations ever sculpted by Steve Roach!!! Richard Gürtler
And just two months after the stunning debut ‘In Currents’ the second album from Innesti already sees the light of day! And it just leaves me speechless... Don’t know where to start, to explain the beauty of this album... I really like the choice to use separate tracks on this album, so we can enjoy the many different sides of Innesti’s talent. Within these sides I can really feel influences from Eno, Harold Budd, Roach, even some Patrick O’Hearn, Rudy Adrian, and I hear influences from the new breed of ambient artists that combine ‘hazy ambient-computersounds with fieldrecordings and literally ambient(surrounding..)sounds’ such as Gallery Six (Hidekazu Imashige), DR (Dominic Razlaff), Rhucle, and Warmth (Agus Mena).. Speaking of Agus Mena.. This album could easily be on Archives, one of my favorite ambient-labels. I really hope Innesti gets the attention it deserves because the quality within the music and growth of this multi-talented artist in just two albums is beyond amazing... Wishing and hoping for more to come! For now, this album doesn’t leave my player... It will be on my inears during my hikes..and luckily (again) we can enjoy a physical release as well! Don’t hesitate, this is a masterpiece that needs to be in your possession! Berkdrums
